About IPGL

India Ports Global Limited (IPGL) was established in January 2015 under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways of India. It manages the Shahid Beheshti Port in Chabahar, Iran—India’s first strategic overseas project, fostering regional trade among India, Iran, Afghanistan, and Central Asia. IPGL aims to expand regional connectivity and logistics infrastructure.

About IPGCFZ

India Ports Global Chabahar Free Zone (IPGCFZ) was established in 2018 as a subsidiary of IPGL to enhance the operational capacity of Shahid Beheshti Port. IPGCFZ focuses on developing port infrastructure, improving transport logistics, and attracting international investment to foster Chabahar’s growth as a strategic regional trade hub.
